The Mission
The purpose of the Sastra Dana project is to enlighten people with the spiritual information given by Srila Prabhupada in his books, and to enable devotees to participate directly in missionary activity by sponsoring and distributing Srila Prabhupada's books.

What are the Benefits of Sastra Dana?
Everyone benefits!!! People in general benefit by having the opportunity to read about Krishna, and you directly participate in the preaching mission of Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and Srila Prabhupada. Your help increases book distribution, which is the highest welfare work for all humanity. |

How Do We Distribute the Books?
We distribute donated books by placing them in locations where they will be properly kept and read, such as Public libraries, Schools, Government offices, Motels, Hotels, Restaurants, Hospital waiting rooms, Dentists' offices, Doctors’ offices, Coffee shops, and Nail and Hair salons. Sastra Dana members also distribute books to friends, family, colleagues, and acquaintances. |
All BBT publications are made available to you at printing cost only. Donations to Sastra Dana are fully tax deductible. Receipts are available upon request.
